Refund & Return Policy

Our goal at MCCM Cosmetic Canada is to provide superior aesthetic products to skincare enthusiasts and medical professionals. We offer a transparent and fair Returns and Exchanges Policy to guarantee client satisfaction.
Returns and exchanges are permitted within seven days of purchase, as long as the item is still in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Note: Due to the nature of medical aesthetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a refund or exchange, customers must present proof of purchase and submit an online request to our support team at sales@mccmcosmetics.ca. Except in cases where MCCM Cosmetics Canada sent a defective or wrong item, the order must be returned at the customer’s expense after the return is authorized. To ensure a safe return, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Products reported damaged or defective must be accompanied by photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Note: We DO NOT ISSUE refunds for reactions due to individual skin sensitivities. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility.
